Wait for longer history queries and download their results when ready.

What you need
Access to the chosen series and room for a history query or export under Usage.
How to do it
- Choose the series, period, resolution and an available output format.
- Start the query or export and watch its progress. You can cancel it if no longer needed.
- Download the result once the job is complete. For CSV, check the selected period and units before using the file.
Good to know
A started job is not a finished download. API clients receive HTTP 202 and a job ID, then check the job endpoint. Results remain available for one day.
CSV exports protect text cells from being treated as spreadsheet formulas. They keep measurement units and timestamps as described by the export format.
If something goes wrong
If a query fails temporarily, retry after a pause. Shorten very large periods. Do not repeatedly request a download while its job is still running.
