Choose a monitor that matches the source of your data.

What you need
Know whether you want to watch a machine, public website, scheduled job or your own measurements.
How to do it
- Choose Add monitor, then Websites & applications, Servers & devices, Network & certificates, Jobs & workflows or Custom data.
- Select the appropriate existing setup: HTTP or browser checks, an agent or template, a network check, scheduled jobs or your own data.
- Use the available template or setup guide for your choice, then check the first result.
Good to know
Choosing a family creates nothing. Submit the setup deliberately, then connect a sender or review the configured check. All monitor types share your account limits; a current server check-in confirms contact, not every application’s health.
If something goes wrong
If a type is unavailable, choose another supported integration only if it fits your source. A custom monitor does not automatically schedule job checks.
