What you need
A workspace with at least one monitor.
How to do it
- Open the dashboard and choose the workspace. Select all monitors, monitors without a group or a specific group.
- Choose Customize to edit directly on the dashboard. Drag cards by their handles, add cards, and choose sources inside each card. Set titles and widths, then Save. Cancel restores the saved layout. Each member has a personal layout for the workspace.
- Select 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days for history. Open a monitor or incident for details, or choose Wallboard for a permanently open display.
Good to know
Filters change what you see, not the stored readings. Fixed card selections always follow the group filter and remain saved when filtered out. Removing an item from a card does not delete its monitor. Usage figures are account-wide.
Current states refresh every five seconds while the page is visible. Server measurements use a shared live connection. Historical charts update separately, at most once a minute.
Availability shows confirmed evidence and its coverage. Missing and paused periods are not healthy evidence. Comparisons appear only with complete comparable periods. SLO cards retain their own evaluation window.
Use the search button in the header or Ctrl/Cmd+K to find resources by name or ID across your workspaces. The type filter narrows the results. You can find groups, alert rules, incidents, maintenance plans, service-level objectives, report schedules and reports alongside monitors, series and status pages. Save up to 50 favorites; your latest 20 opened resources stay available for 30 days across your browsers. An expired report or a resource you can no longer access disappears from the lists.
If something goes wrong
Clear filters if a monitor is missing. Stale means no sufficiently recent reading, not a measured zero. If someone else saved the chart settings first, reload them before editing again.
