Manage workspaces
Keep projects and environments organised in separate workspaces.

What you need
A signed-in account. You need permission to edit the selected workspace.
How to do it
- Use the workspace selector to create or open a workspace.
- Give it a descriptive name. Use its action menu to rename or copy it.
- Archive a workspace when its monitors should stop accepting new data.
Good to know
A copy includes monitor, group and series settings, but not recorded history or API keys. Create new keys and connect the copied monitors separately.
Copied resources use the same account limits as newly created ones.
If something goes wrong
If copying fails, check free monitor and series slots under Usage. A copied name does not redirect an existing agent to the copy.
Team roles and ownership
Owners can grant the Admin role. Admins manage Editors and Viewers, but cannot manage other Admins or themselves. To hand over a workspace, choose a verified member, inspect the preview and confirm the proposal. The recipient accepts within 48 hours with their own fresh confirmation. Listed dependencies or lower retention limits must be resolved first. During transfer the workspace pauses; after completion the former owner is an Editor.
