Verify your first value
Check the value, unit and time of your first reading in the monitor.

What you need
A connected monitor whose agent or integration has sent data.
How to do it
- Open the monitor and select its measurement series.
- Check the latest value, its unit and the measurement time. Compare them with the source.
- Open the history around that time. Confirm that the reading appears in the expected series.
Good to know
An older reading sent later can appear in history without replacing a newer latest value. A gap means no reading is available for that period.
For API integrations, accepted counts new stored readings and duplicates counts readings already received. Resending the same IDs and content does not create another reading.
If something goes wrong
Check the sender, key and series ID. Make sure the device clock is correct. Numerical readings need at least one second between measurements in the same series.
